Abstract

Se proporciona una placa de acero de prensado en caliente que tiene una composición química prescrita, en la que depósitos que contienen Ti se incluyen en la placa de acero y que tienen un diámetro circular equivalente de 30 nm o menos tienen un diámetro circular equivalente promedio de 3 nm o más, y en el que se facilitan el moldeo y procesamiento antes de prensado en caliente al tener que satisfacer la cantidad de Ti depositado y la cantidad total de Ti en el acero en una relación prescrita, y una estructura de metal tiene un contenido de ferrita de 30% en área o más. Dicha placa de acero es útil para obtener un artículo moldeado a presión en caliente de tal manera que, cuando se requieren características uniformes dentro del artículo moldeado a presión, se puede alcanzar un alto nivel de equilibrio entre alta resistencia y capacidad de estiramiento; o, se requieren cuando las regiones correspondientes a sitios resistentes al choque y sitios de absorción de energía en un artículo moldeado a presión, se utiliza un alto nivel de equilibrio entre alta resistencia y capacidad de estiramiento de acuerdo con las regiones respectivas.
