Abstract
Un cuerpo superpuesto 10 que consiste de placas de acero 1a y 1b y que satisface la siguiente ecuación (i) se energiza, mientras se intercala y presiona entre un par de electrodos 2a y 2b, con el fin de formar un baño de fusión 4b en una interfaz de la placa de acero 4 y así, unir las placas de acero 1a y 1b: (TS1 × t1 + TS2 × t2) / (t1 + t2) = 440 ··· (i) donde TS1 representa la resistencia a la tracción (MPa) de la placa de acero 1a, t1 representa el espesor (mm) de la placa de acero 1a, TS2 representa la resistencia a la tracción (MPa) de la placa de acero 1b y t2 representa el espesor (mm) de la placa de acero 1b. Específicamente, se forma un punto de energización 4a en la interfaz de la placa de acero 4 y la soldadura por puntos se lleva a cabo de tal manera que el baño de fusión 4b se forma en una posición a una distancia horizontal W de 20 mm o menos del punto de energización 4a.
