Abstract
El propósito de la presente invención es proveer un método de soldadura de puntos por resistencia con el cual un amplio rango de corriente adecuado se puede asegurar para un conjunto de láminas en el cual los materiales de acero, incluyendo una lámina de acero de alta resistencia a la tracción, han sido superpuestos, incluso en el modo inversor de CC. El método de soldadura de puntos por resistencia está provisto de: un proceso de pulsación para sujetar un conjunto de láminas, en el que dos o más láminas de acero que incluyen por lo menos una lámina de acero de alta resistencia a la tracción se han superpuesto, con un par de electrodos de soldadura que están conectados a una fuente de alimentación de soldadura de puntos de modo inversor de CC y presionando las láminas de acero con los electrodos de soldadura, mientras se hace pasar corriente en repetidas ocasiones y suspendiendo el flujo de corriente en múltiples ocasiones; y después del proceso de pulsación, un proceso de paso continuo de corriente para presionar continuamente las láminas de acero con los electrodos de soldadura mientras se hace pasar la corriente durante un período (t3) que es más largo que el período de paso de corriente máximo (t0) del proceso de pulsación.
