Abstract

La invención se refiere a un recipiente de conversión térmica (200) usado durante la etapa de amidificación de cianohidrina de acetona (ACH), en el proceso industrial para la producción de metracrilato de metilo (MMA) o ácido metracrílico (MAA). El recipiente de conversión térmica (200) se usa para convertir una mezcla de hidrólisis de a-hidroxiisobutiramida (HIBAM), a-sulfatoisobutiramida (SIBAM), 2-metacrilamida (MACRYDE) y ácido metacrílico (MAP), en una mezcla de 2-metacrilamida (MACRYDE). Este comprende: al menos un compartimiento (C1, C2, C3,..Ci) que comprende una pared interior (206a, 206b,... 206i) que separa el compartimiento en dos partes de comunicación (C1a, C1b) por un pasaje proporcionado entre el fondo del recipiente y la pared interior, - el compartimiento que tiene un espacio por arriba de la pared interior, para separar la fase gaseosa de la fase líquida durante la conversión térmica, - el compartimiento que se conecta a una válvula de salida (204a, 204b, 204c,...204i). Tal recipiente permite obtener una conversión térmica de alto rendimiento en condiciones muy seguras.
