Abstract
vaso de conversão térmica usado em um processo para amidificação de acetona cianidrina a invenção se refere a um vaso de conversão térmica (200) usado durante etapa de amidificação de acetona cianidrina (ach) no processo industrial para produção de metil metacrilato (mma) ou ácido metacrílico (maa). o vaso de conversão térmica (200) é usado para converter uma mistura de hidrólise de alfa-hidroxiisobutiramida (hibam), alfa-sulfatoisobutiramida (sibam), 2-metacrilamida (macryde) e ácido metacrílico (maa), em uma mistura de 2-metacrilamida (macryde). compreende: - pelo menos um compartimento (c1, c2, c3,...ci) contendo uma parede interna (206a, 206b, 206i) separando compartimento em duas partes comunicando-se (c1a, c1b) por uma passagem provida entre a base do vaso e a parede interna, - o compartimento tendo um espaço acima da parede interna, para separar a fase gasosa da fase líquida durante conversão térmica, - o compartimento sendo conectado a uma válvula de saída (204a, 204b,...204i). tal vaso permite obter-se uma conversão térmica de alta produção em condições muito seguras.
