Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para producir componentes estructurales rotacionalmente simétricos de metal, en particular acero, en el cual una pieza virgen está dispuesta en un modo a prueba de torsión en un primer receptáculo, y el receptáculo es girado alrededor de un eje de rotación de manera que la pieza virgen se hace girar alrededor de este eje de rotación. Además la materia objeto se relaciona con un dispositivo para producir un componente estructural rotacionalmente simétrico de un metal, en particular acero a partir de una pieza virgen, con un receptáculo para una pieza virgen de metal, en particular acero, que puede girar alrededor de un eje de rotación, y medios de transformación con los cuales se puede formar un contorno en la pieza virgen. El objetivo de proporcionar un método y un dispositivo para producir componentes estructurales rotacionalmente simétricos, con cuyos componentes estructurales rotacionalmente simétricos de metal, en particular acero, también con geometrías complicadas pueden ser producidos con suficiente precisión y tiempos de proceso reducidos, se logra mediante un método que se caracteriza en que por lo menos un elemento de conformado lineal con un contorno que tiene al menos parcialmente un contorno exterior no enrollado del componente estructural rotacionalmente simétrico o una preforma del componente estructural es movido tangencialmente a la superficie de la pieza virgen que gira de manera síncrona, en donde el elemento de conformado lineal al mismo tiempo es prensado contra la pieza virgen de manera que durante el movimiento tangencial el contorno del elemento de conformado es formado al menos parcialmente en la pieza virgen.
