Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de ventilación de sótano integrada y, más particularmente, a un aparato que es capaz de mejorar un aparato de ventilación de sótano y realiza de este modo el enfriamiento aislado térmicamente usando el calor latente cuando se suministra el aire, y de cerrar forzadamente una barrera en fuego, la barrera se cierra o se abre en sí mientras el aire es evacuado, y de controlar de manera general y automática una estructura de sótano de acuerdo con las condiciones de aire local. El aparato de ventilación de sótano integrada comprende: un ventilador de suministro de aire (100) instalado en una entrada de suministro de aire de cada piso a lo largo de un eje de suministro de aire (10) de una estructura de sótano (1); un extractor de aire (200) instalado en una salida de evacuación de aire en cada piso hacia un eje de evacuación de aire (20) de la estructura de sótano (1); una pluralidad de ventiladores de conexión (300), soportados por un techo de cada piso de la estructura de sótano (1), para formar una pluralidad de trayectorias de flujo de aire del ventilador de suministro de aire (100) al extractor de aire (200); y un controlador que recibe señales eléctricas desde los sensores (410) distribuidos uniformemente en el techo de cada piso de la estructura de sótano (1) para controlar generalmente el ventilador de suministro de aire (100), el extractor de aire (200) y la pluralidad de ventiladores de conexión (300). Por lo tanto, la presente invención puede controlar un aumento de temperatura dentro de una estructura de sótano a un bajo costo y mejorar la seguridad contra incendios previniendo que el incendio se propague a otros pisos. En particular, la presente invención puede mejorar notablemente la condición y el mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones mejorando significativamente la calidad del aire de la estructura de sótano, así como es capaz de extinguir el incendio en una etapa temprana.
