Abstract
Se proporciona un método y dispositivo para producir granalla donde se mejora el rendimiento. En un espacio (5) para formar gotas fundidas, cuyo espacio está rodeado por agua (1) en un tanque (20), por una cubierta (3) para cubrir un área que rodea un disco (2) que está ubicado encima del agua y que gira, y por una artesa (4) que penetra a través de la cubierta, se descarga un gas a través de una abertura (6) que está formada en la cubierta y la película (9) del agua está formada en la superficie interior de la cubierta. El metal fundido (10) fluye a través del agujero (11) en la parte inferior de la artesa para suministrarse sobre el disco giratorio. Las gotas fundidas se forman por la fuerza centrífuga del metal fundido que se ha suministrado al disco. Después se provoca que las gotas fundidas colisionen con la película de agua en la superficie interior de la cubierta, para dividirse en gotitas que son más pequeñas que las gotas fundidas. Las gotitas se enfrían y se solidifican.
