Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу выщелачивания металлов при гранулировании расплавленного штейна, включающему следующие стадии: подачу расплавленного штейна в виде падающего потока в камеру (30) грануляции, распыление струи жидкости в поток расплавленного штейна для тонкого измельчения штейна, и охлаждение таким образом полученных частиц штейна. Струя жидкости включает кислый раствор, содержащий воду и серную кислоту, при этом кислый раствор начинает выщелачивание металлов из расплавленного штейна, когда струя жидкости вступает в контакт с расплавленным штейном. Часть раствора, полученного в результате грануляции, можно рециркулировать в струи жидкости для увеличения содержания металла в растворе и для снижения содержания в нем кислоты.
