Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de partículas secas estables en almacenamiento que incluyen sabores o fragancias, en el cual una emulsión del sabor o la fragancia, un emulsionador de un extracto natural que contiene saponinas, agua y un sistema portador de carbohidratos es secado por rociado.
