Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al método de medición de aplicación de barniz aromático, en particular, barnices transparentes usados para impresión offset y rotograbado. El método consiste en agregar al barniz aromático como un marcador, pigmentos orgánicos y/o no orgánicos que pueden ser vistos con luz visible o con luz ultravioleta en la cantidad que va de 40,000 a 500,000 por 1 mm2. El tamaño de los granos de los pigmentos agregados va de 0.1 µm a 50 µm. la mezcla de los barnices aromáticos y el marcador se someta a dispersión, y del barniz obtenido con el marcador distribuido de modo uniforme en el volumen total del barniz, pruebas de transparencia se realizan cuando la capa de barniz aromático corresponde a la capa esperada del proceso de impresión. Utilizando un microscopio con amplificación que va de 100x a 500x, con un contador instalado de granos de marcador visibles a la luz reflejada o luz ultravioleta, el número de granos de pigmento es medido en las pruebas de transparencia y entonces, el proceso de impresión se inicia, durante este proceso se recolectan muestras de impresión y se observan bajo el microscopio a la luz reflejada con aumento que va de 100x a 500x, el número de partículas visibles de pigmento en la muestra recolectada durante el proceso de producción se compara con el número de pigmentos visibles en la prueba de transparencia.
