Abstract
La invención pretende obtener un producto más saludable, al ser bajo en grasas y no contener alérgenos, que una vez cocinado en el aparato microondas resulte sumamente crujiente, y que no se apelmace, de manera que las palomitas obtenidas sean lo más homogéneas posible. Para ello, el procedimiento prevé la sustitución de los aceites de los que se ve recubierto el grano de maíz en su tratamiento por lecitina de girasol, un producto mucho más sano, y que permite obtener los resultados anteriormente comentados.
