Abstract

Esillä oleva keksintö koskee elintarvikepellettiä, joka kykenee samalla parantamaan sekä lopputuotteen ravintokoostumusta että aistinvaraisia ominaisuuksia. Keksintö koskee myös menetelmää, joka soveltuu tällaisen elintarvikepelletin valmistamiseksi, sekä pelletistä valmistettuja tuotteita. Erityisesti esillä olevan keksinnön mukainen elintarvikepelletti soveltuu käytettäväksi mikroaaltouunissa tai kuumennusraudoilla puffattavana tuotteena.
