Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a la identificación de que los inmunoconjugados de anticuerpos dirigidos contra EGFR son eficaces para inhibir el crecimiento de células tumorales que han desarrollado mecanismos de resistencia a EGFR y/o ALK. Se describen también los métodos para administrar inmunoconjugados de anticuerpos dirigidos contra EGFR a pacientes que tienen células tumorales resistentes.
