Abstract
Se describe un proceso para la producción de: (E) 1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno (HCFO-1233zd (E)) realizando una reacción continua sin utilizar catalizador. También se describe un sistema integrado para producir hidrofluoroolefinas, en particular 1233zd (E). El proceso de fabricación consiste en seis operaciones unitarias principales: (1) una reacción de fluoración de HCC-240fa (en modo continuo o en semicontinuo) utilizando HF con separación simultánea del subproducto HCl y el producto 1233zd (E); (2) recircular el HCC-240fa y HF sin reaccionar junto con los subproductos subfluorados de regreso a (1); (3) separación y purificación del subproducto HCl; (4) separación de HF en exceso para regresarlo a (1); (5) purificación del producto final, 1233zd (E); y (6) isomerización del subproducto 1233zd (Z) a 1233zd (E) para llevar al máximo el rendimiento del proceso.
