Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a comunicación de datos digitales y proporciona un método eficiente para generar constelaciones multidimensionales para modulación de datos digitales con un alto grado de diversidad de modulación, a un método para transmitir y recibir datos con base en estas constelaciones y a un aparato correspondiente. Esto se logra al considerar sólo matrices de rotación multidimensionales con todos los elementos en la diagonal que tienen el mismo primer valor absoluto y todos los demás elementos que tienen el mismo segundo valor absoluto. De esta manera, se pueden generar matrices de rotación multidimensionales que tengan sólo un parámetro independiente único y una estructura que sea lo más regular posible. El parámetro independiente puede configurarse para minimizar así la probabilidad de errores para varios tamaños de constelación.
