Abstract
Un aparato y un procedimiento para depositar lechada sobre una banda de formación en movimiento. El aparato incluye un cajón de alimentación pivotalmente montado para depositar lechada desde la superficie interior del fondo del cajón de alimentación por un vertedero inclinado abajo, como una cortina continua, sobre una banda en movimiento. El cajón de alimentación está montado en posición transversal a la dirección de desplazamiento de la banda en movimiento. El cajón de alimentación tiene también tableros de borde verticales, incluyendo un tablero de borde posterior del cajón de alimentación y dos tableros de borde laterales opuestos del cajón de alimentación, en tres lados respectivos del cajón de alimentación, para impedir que se derrame lechada por los lados y la parte trasera del cajón de alimentación. Se suministra lechada al cajón de alimentación desde un mezclador de lechada por una tubería de alimentación montada en un carro de movimiento en vaivén que se mueve transversalmente a la dirección de desplazamiento de la banda en movimiento, yendo de un lado a otro a lo largo de la longitud del cajón de alimentación.
