Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir tiras de metal laminado hechas a la medida (12), en particular tiras de acero, en el cual al menos dos tiras de metal laminado (1, 2) de calidad diferente de material y/o grosor de metal en la lámina se sueldan una con la otra a lo largo del borde longitudinal en un proceso continuo. Con objeto de que las tiras de metal laminado (12) producidas por tal método muestren un nivel relativamente alto de resistencia en la costura de soldadura, se usan tiras de metal laminado sin recubrir (1, 2) de acuerdo con la invención como tiras de metal laminado a ser soldadas. La tira de metal laminado hecha a la medida (12) formada de las tiras de metal laminado sin recubrir (1, 2) como resultado de la soldadura luego se recubre.
