Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un compuesto de la fórmula (I): (ver fórmulas (I)) este compuesto es inhibidor de MMP-2, y/o MMP-8, y/o MMP-9, y/o MMP-12 y/o MMP-13 y, por consiguiente, se puede emplear para el tratamiento de un trastorno o de una enfermedad caracterizada por una actividad anormal de MMP-2, y/o MMP-8, y/o MMP-9, y/o MMP12 y/o MMP-13. De conformidad con lo anterior, el compuesto de la fórmula (I) se puede utilizar en el tratamiento de los trastornos o las enfermedades mediadas por MMP-2, y/o MMP-8, y/o MMP-9, y/o MMP-12, y/o MMP-13.
