Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a compuestos antagonistas selectivos del receptor 5-HT7 de Fórmula I, y su uso en el tratamiento de migraña, dolor persistente y ansiedad: en donde A y B son cada uno independientemente -C(H)= o -N=, siempre que al menos uno de A y B es -N=, n es 1-3, m es 0-3, y R1-4 son como se definen en la presente. (ver fórmula (I)).
