Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para el tratamiento de un flujo de materiales que contiene por lo menos una sustancia valiosa de cada uno de los siguientes grupos: (A) aminoácidos, (B) ácidos carboxílicos diferentes de aminoácidos y que comprenden de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, y (C) sales inorgánicas, procedimiento que comprende los siguientes pasos: (1) tratamiento del flujo de materiales por nanofiltración para obtener un producto retenido enriquecido con la sustancia valiosa (A), (2) tratamiento del producto permeado del paso (1) por electrodiálisis para obtener un producto concentrado enriquecido con la sustancia valiosa (C), (3) tratamiento del producto diluido del paso (2) usando un sistema (3) de dos etapas (4) y (5) que se interconectan directa o indirectamente, en donde (4) se realiza un tratamiento por ósmosis inversa y (5) se realiza un tratamiento por electrodiálisis, con lo cual se obtiene un producto concentrado enriquecido con la sustancia valiosa (8), (6) se suministra directa o indirectamente por lo menos una porción del producto retenido del paso (4) al paso (5), (7) se suministra directa o indirectamente por lo menos una porción del producto diluido del paso (5) al paso (4).
