Abstract

Un procedimiento para producir telas que comprende al menos una capa de cintas poliméricas unidireccionalmente dispuestas con las cintas comprendiendo al menos un componente de núcleo, el procedimiento comprende los pasos de formar al menos una capa de cintas poliméricas unidireccionalmente dispuestas en una máquina tejedora con las cintas poliméricas utilizándose como hilo de urdimbre y una hebra de unión utilizándose como hilo de trama o con las cintas poliméricas utilizándose como hilo de trama y una hebra de unión utilizándose como hilo de urdimbre y posteriormente consolidar la al menos una monocapa utilizando presión y calor, caracterizado porque la temperatura de fusión de los hilos de unión está por debajo de la temperatura de consolación y la temperatura de fusión del componente de núcleo de las cintas poliméricas está por arriba de la temperatura de consolidación.
