Abstract
1. Способ получения бронезащитных структур, содержащих, по меньшей мере, два слоя полимерных лент, расположенных в одном направлении, причем ленты содержат, по меньшей мере, один центральный компонент, причем способ включает в себя этапы: образования, по меньшей мере, двух слоев расположенных в одном направлении полимерных лент на ткацкой машине, в которой полимерные ленты используются как основная пряжа, а скрепляющая нить используется как уточная пряжа, или в которой полимерные ленты используются как уточная пряжа, а скрепляющая нить используется как основная пряжа, при этом, по меньшей мере два слоя расположенных в одном направлении полимерных лент накладывают стопкой друг на друга с полимерными лентами соседних слоев, уложенных под углом, причем уложенные стопкой слои уплотняют под действием давления и тепла,температура плавления скрепляющей нити лежит ниже температуры уплотнения, а температура плавления центрального компонента полимерных лент лежит выше температуры уплотнения, при этом предел прочности на разрыв полимерных лент составляет, по меньшей мере, 200 МПа.2. Способ по п.1,полимерные ленты являются мононитями.3. Способ по п.1,полимерные ленты представляют собой ленты со структурой "центр-оболочка" с температурой плавления оболочки ниже температуры плавления центра.4. Claims (5)
1. Способ получения бронезащитных структур, содержащих, по меньшей мере, два слоя полимерных лент, расположенных в одном направлении, причем ленты содержат, по меньшей мере, один центральный компонент, причем способ включает в себя этапы: образования, по меньшей мере, двух слоев расположенных в одном направлении полимерных лент на ткацкой машине, в которой полимерные ленты используются как основная пряжа, а скрепляющая нить используется как уточная пряжа, или в которой полимерные ленты используются как уточная пряжа, а скрепляющая нить используется как основная пряжа, при этом, по меньшей мере два слоя расположенных в одном направлении полимерных лент накладывают стопкой друг на друга с полимерными лентами соседних слоев, уложенных под углом, причем уложенные стопкой слои уплотняют под действием давления и тепла, отличающийся тем, что температура плавления скрепляющей нити лежит ниже температуры уплотнения, а температура плавления центрального компонента полимерных лент лежит выше температуры уплотнения, при этом предел прочности на разрыв полимерных лент составляет, по меньшей мере, 200 МПа.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерные ленты являются мононитями.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерные ленты представляют собой ленты со структурой "центр-оболочка" с температурой плавления оболочки ниже температуры плавления центра.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первый слой расположенных в одном направлении полимерных лент сформирован на ткацкой машине, в которой полимерные ленты используются как основная пряжа, а скрепляющая нить используется как уточная пряжа, а второй слой сформирован на ткацкой машине, в которой полимерные ленты используются как уточная пряжа, а скрепляющая нить используется как основная пряжа, причем первый и второй слои укладывают по очереди так, чтобы полимерные ленты соседних слоев располагалась под углом, и уложенные стопкой слои уплотняют под действием давления и тепла.
5. Мягкая или твердая бронезащитная структура, содержащая ткани, полученные способом по одному из пп.1-4.
