Abstract

US6734125B1涉及一种所谓的OPW安全气囊,即由一片式织就的安全气囊材料构成的安全气囊。该安全气囊本身于是不需要切割和用于闭合多个叠置的安全气囊层的缝合线。该安全气囊材料由不同的聚合物纤维组成,其中所提及的聚合物纤维如:尼龙、聚酯、芳香族聚酰胺和碳纤维。US6734125B1提出了经纱和纬纱具有不同的线密度,以便通过涂覆或编织品的其他物理特性提高粘附。而其中一个不足之处是,为了获取各个线密度而进行的编织机器改换所引起的费用较高。
WO2010/053440A1涉及一种织就的安全气囊编织品,其中用于经纱和纬纱的纱线由细丝构成,所述细丝由不同的材料组合而成。细丝由聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚酯构成,所织就的编织品可以具有基于硅树脂的涂层。只有一纱线被用于产生该编织品。
本发明的目标是提供一种安全气囊,该安全气囊的构造成本低且强度上没有损失。
根据本发明,该目标通过具有独立权利要求的特征的安全气囊实现。优选的实施方案和形式显示在从属权利要求,说明书和附图中。
在本发明的安全气囊中,安全气囊由一片式织就的安全气囊材料构成,所述一片式织就的安全气囊材料具有经纱和纬纱,所述经纱和纬纱由不同的聚合物纤维组成,纬纱和经纱具有相同的线密度。通过对经纱和纬纱使用相同的线密度,使得无需费成本的编织机器改换,就可以生产安全气囊,该安全气囊通过其材料选取而适合所需目的,从而使得可以灵活地使用成本低的材料。例如,聚酯纱的成本低于芳香族聚酰胺纤维构成的纱,因此如果针对经纱和纬纱混合使用所述纱,可以实现成本上的优势。此外,在生产OPW安全气囊时,使用由不同材料构成的但是具有相同的线密度的纱时,不需要设备的改换。考虑到成本标准,通过选择具有相同的线密度的不同材料使得安全气囊生产中能够快速且简单地顺应物理特性上的需要。
在本发明的进一步的形式中,纬纱由聚酯纱线构成,经纱由聚酰胺纱线构成。使用由较低成本的聚酯纱线构成的纬纱使得可以获取所需的物理特性,例如不透气性、可成形性、可包装性或耐热性,同时没有使安全气囊的结构强度本质上受影响,因为安全气囊的强度预先通过聚酰胺——其比聚酯纱更为坚实和稳定——构成的经纱确定。
所述纱,即所述经纱和纬纱两者可以具有235分特和700分特之间的线密度,以便使其顺应所需强度和包装尺寸。
安全气囊材料上可以设置有涂层。所述涂层例如由硅树脂构成或基于硅树脂来构造。替代地或者作为补充,所述涂层由有机材料构成或被构造为由复合材料组成的薄膜。
所述涂层优选地被构造为不透气,从而使得在充满以后,在静止时间没有出现或只出现较小的压力损失。所述涂层,尤其是内侧,可以是完全平的,以便避免阻碍填充气体溢出。所述安全气囊自身有利的是被构造为一个所谓的可充气的帘,该帘在出现事故时或将要发生事故时在乘客和侧壁或侧板之间展开。这种可充气的帘应快速展开,并具有长的静止时间。为此,安全气囊镀膜成尽可能地不透气,只允许尽可能小的压力损失,以便加速展开。
本发明的进一步的方案是,所述经纱和纬纱被构造为平滑纱,其使得可以实现安全气囊的尽可能高的气密性和强度。
以下将参考单个附图以示例的方式更具体地描述本发明的实施方案。
该附图示出了一个织就的安全气囊织物的细节,该织物具有经纱10和纬纱20,经纱和纬纱交替地穿过彼此上方和下方。除了经纱10和纬纱20的交替布置之外,还可以的是,多个纬纱20直接彼此相邻地穿过经纱上方和下方,以便获取不同的表面结构。除了所示的1/1图样外,还可以是1/2,2/2,2/1或3/1或其他织物图样。
经纱10例如由聚酰胺纱线构成,例如由尼龙6.6构成,该尼龙具有470分特的线密度,而纬纱20由聚酯之类的材料等构成,并同样具有470分特的线密度。经纱10和纬纱20可以由大量纱丝构成。
聚酯纤维比聚酰胺纤维成本低,但是聚酯纱线与聚酰胺纱线相比,需要不同的上浆材料以及不同的修整,导致上浆和装备经轴(即整经操作)的复杂度、材料需求和时间增大。加工成本和确保质量的成本可能因编织机器需要更多的清洁而上升。安全气囊材料生产时的清洗操作可能导致成本增加,因为:为了移除与聚酯相容的胶或粘合剂,需要清洗措施,而该清洗措施与那些适合于聚酰胺纤维的措施不同。这导致复杂度、材料需求和机器准备时间增大——额外地因为所述清洗过程。由于改变清洗措施引起的质量问题同样可能出现。
使用聚酯纱线相适合的经轴降低了编织过程和生产监管的灵活性。从聚酰胺转换到聚酯纱需要更长的准备时间,因为经轴必须被移除。
在经纱方向上使用聚酰胺,例如尼龙6.6纱,而在纬纱方向上使用聚酯,避免了这些问题。对经纱和纬纱使用相同的线密度,可以无需改换各个机器。安全气囊织物还可以使用传统的标准结构来产生。对于安全气囊的生产,使用聚酯纱线只在纬纱方向上未降低构造费用。安全气囊材料可以使用相同于聚酰胺纱线的传统清洁方法来实现清洁。
完成的安全气囊材料可以涂覆硅树脂、基于硅树脂的有机材料、有机材料或者薄膜形式的复合材料,以便安全气囊材料可以顺应各安全气囊应用的所需要求。
使用聚酯纱线作为纬纱不影响上浆或修整,以及整经或分条整经,也不影响随后的清洁过程。就设计变化而言,编织方法和生产控制可以进一步灵活化,因为经轴保持不变以及此外聚酰胺用作经纱。所织就的织物的结构不需要改变,而且,更具体的是,纬纱方向的线密度不需要被改变去适应安全气囊织物的要求,因为对于一片式织就的安全气囊而言,尤其是对于“可充气的”帘,所织就的安全气囊上的主要负载在经纱方向延伸。安全气囊的强度因此没有因为在纬纱方向上使用聚酯纤维而打折。此外,使用较低成本的聚酯——相比于聚酰胺纤维而言——提供了直接可见的成本优势,其中并不增加隐性成本,例如增加改换成本或清洁成本或质量成本。
Claims (7)
1.安全气囊,其由一片式织就的安全气囊材料构成,所述一片式织就的安全气囊材料具有经纱和纬纱,所述经纱和纬纱由不同的聚合物纤维组成,其特征在于,纬纱(20)和经纱(10)具有相同的线密度,
其中,纬纱(20)由聚酯纱线构成,以及经纱(10)由聚酰胺纱线构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,所述纬纱(20)和经纱(10)具有235分特和700分特之间的线密度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,经纱(10)由尼龙构成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,安全气囊材料上设置有涂层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,所述涂层由硅树脂构成或基于硅树脂来构造,由有机材料构成或被构造为由复合材料组成的薄膜。
6.根据权利要求4所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,所述涂层被构造为不透气。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,所述经纱和纬纱被构造为平滑纱。
