Description
上記の特徴による編成構造体を製造するステップと、
編成強化材の融点よりも低くてもよい融点を有するポリマー材料による、室温における注入の方法を使用して編成構造体に含浸するステップと、
熱可塑性材料を溶融することによって、又は熱硬化性材料を重合することによって、複合製品を固化するステップと、
を含み得る、複合製品を製造する方法にも関し得る。
実施形態1から6のいずれか一つに記載の編成構造体を製造するステップと、
含浸方法により該編成構造体にポリマー材料を含浸させるステップと、
該複合製品を固化するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、複合製品を製造する方法。
本明細書に記載の概念は、以下の例にさらに記載されるが、例は特許請求の範囲に記載される本発明の範囲を限定するものではない。
Claims (10)
- 樹脂及び編成強化構造体を含む複合製品であって、前記編成強化構造体が、リンク(3)によって連結された少なくとも2つのスキン(1、2)を有し、前記リンク(3)密度が、40平方ステッチにつき1リンクから10,000平方ステッチにつき1リンクであり、前記複合製品は60から75体積%の樹脂および25から40体積%の強化繊維を含み、前記リンクがガラス糸で形成される、複合製品。
- 前記編成強化構造体が、ガラス、炭素、玄武岩、石英、パラアラミド、メタアラミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリエステル、リネン、ヘンプ、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)などの熱可塑性樹脂から選択される強化材料の繊維から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 前記リンク(3)密度が、100平方ステッチにつき1リンクから5,000平方ステッチにつき1リンクであることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記編成強化構造体が緯編み技術によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記編成強化構造体が直線緯編み技術によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記編成強化構造体が、前記複合製品の形状に適合した3次元形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記樹脂が、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、PMMA、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)などの熱可塑性材料、及び、ポリエステル及びエポキシなどの熱硬化性樹脂から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 複合製品を製造する方法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の編成強化構造体を製造するステップと、
含浸方法により前記編成強化構造体にポリマー材料を含浸させるステップと、
前記複合製品を固化するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、複合製品を製造する方法。 - 前記ポリマー材料が熱可塑性材料であり、前記固化するステップが前記熱可塑性材料を溶融することによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料が熱硬化性材料であり、前記固化するステップが前記熱硬化性材料の重合によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
