Abstract
Un metodo para producir salsa de tomate y productos alimenticios que incluyen salsa de tomate, y los productos producidos de esta forma. Se produce una salsa de tomate mezclando una pasta y otros ingredientes necesarios. La mezcla de pasta se extruye en frio, formando una pluralidad de porciones de mezcla de pasta fria, las cuales se colocan en un contenedor. SE agrega agua caliente al contenedor. El agua caliente, calienta por conveccion las porciones de la mezcla de pasta, formando de esta manera una salsa. El contenedor tambien puede incluir un producto, tal como ravioles de modo que la salsa resultante se aplique a los ravioles.
