Abstract

Se provee una confitura congelada, que comprende (en peso de la configura) ( menos de 9% en peso total de azúcares; ( maltitol, xilitol o mezclas de los mismos en una cantidad total de 2 a 15% en peso; ( de 5 a 25% en peso de sacáridos en complejo digestibles; ( de 1 a 15% en peso de sacáridos en complejo no digestibles; y edulcorantes intensos en una cantidad total CT dada por la siguiente condición: CT<X/R, en donde X es 2.0% en peso y R es la dulzura de los edulcorante intensos con relación a la sacarosa expresada sobre bases en peso.
