Abstract

La presente invencion suministra formulaciones inyectables de sales solubles en agua de diclofenaco en dosis sencillas de menos de 2 ml, que originan significativamente menos dolor en el sitio de la inyeccion y se pueden administrar mediante ruta intradeltoide. Ademas de la ruta intragluteo e intravenosa lenta. Mas especificamente las preparaciones inyectables contienen 75 mg a 100 mg de sales solubles en agua de diclofenaco, en aproximadamente 1 ml de solucion de inyeccion sin elevar significativamente la viscosidad de la solucion de inyeccion sin el uso de sus tensoactivos. Las formulaciones se ajustan a un pH de 6 a 10 conteniendo hasta 100 mg de sal de diclofenaco en un medio que comprende agua junco con 1 o mas cosolvente(s)/solubiliz ador(es) antioxidantes, preservativos, amortiguadores, alcalis y estabilizadores.
