Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto de la fórmula caracterizado porque X es R1(HO)CC(CN1)-, R1(CO)-CH(CN)- ó R1 y R2 cada una es hidrógeno o alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, R3, R4, R5 y R6 son cada uno hidrógeno, hidroxi, halógeno, nitro, ciano, carboxi, alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono alcoxi de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, alquiltio de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono halo substituído, alcoxi de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono halo-substituído, alcoxicarbonilode 2 a 5 átomos de carbono, fenilo opcionalmente substituído, fenoxi opcionalmente substituído, R'R''N- en donde R' y R'' cada uno es hidrógeno o alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono ó R'"CONH en donde R'"es alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, o un grupo de la fórmula -CR7R8R9 en donde R7, R8 y R9 cada uno es alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono halo-substituído o fenilo opcionalmente substituído, o R7 y R8 junto con el átomo de carbono al cual están fijados, forman un grupo cicloalquilo que contiene de 3 a 7 átomos de carbono, ó R7, R8 y R9 junto con el átomo de carbono al cual están fijados, forman un grupo bicicloalquilo que contiene de 4 a 9 átomos de carbono, e Y es un anillo heterocíclico de 5 ó 6 miembros excluyendo pirazol; y las sales de los mismos.
