Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para el fosfatado de superficies metálicas, en especial de superficies de hierro, acero, cinc y sus aleaciones, así como aluminio, como tratamiento previo para el conformado en frío, en el que las superficies se limpian y/o decapan de manera en sí conocida, caracterizado porque las superficies se ponen en contacto con una solución acuosa sin activación y a una temperatura entre 30 y 70 grados C, conteniendo dicha solución: (a) 10 a 40 g/l de iones Ca2+; b) 10 a 40 g/l de iones Zn2+; c) 10 a 100 g/l de iones P(O4)3- así como, en calidad de acelerantes d) 10 a 100 g/l de iones NO-3 y/o e) 0,1 a 2,0 g/l de nitrocompuestos orgánicos presentando la solución un valor del pH en la gama entre 2,0 y 3,8 y una proporción entre ácido libre y ácido total de 1:4 hasta 1:100.
