Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la producción de zeolitos enlazados o ligados con silice oligomerico, que comprende mezclar una suspensión de tal zeolito en agua con una solución acuosa de silice oligomerico y hidroxido de alquilamonio y someter la suspensión obtenida a una rápida desecación, caracterizado por el hecho la parte porcentual de zeolito en la suspensión de únicamente zeolita en acua este comprendida entre el 20 y el 50 por ciento en peso, preferiblemente entre el 25 y el 35 por ciento en peso, la relación molar en la solución entre el silice oligomerico y el hidróxido de alquilamonio está comprendida entre 0.05 y 0.2 preferentemente entre 0.08 y 0.15, aquel entre el silice oligomerico y el agua está comprendida entre 0.025 y 0.0125 el correspondiente a entre el silice oligomerico y el zeolito está comprendido entre 5 y 13 A, los zeolitos se seleccionan entre: 1) un zeolito calcinado y anhidro; 2) un zeolito calcinado y anhidro intercambiado preferentemente con iones de amonio y 3) un zeolito húmedo conteniendo como contra cationes, cationes de amonio o alquilamonio, en caso dado en presencia de los hidroxidos relativos, como se obtiene por medio de un tratamiento hidrotermal sin realizar su calcinación final.
