Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de preparación de una masa sílico-calcárea de alta porosidad de al menos 88 por ciento, utilizable en el ramo de los materiales de revestimiento para recipientes destinados a almacenar gases, apartir de una pasta acuosa, a base de una mezcla de sílice natural y de cal apagada, estabilizada por medio de un agente de puesta en suspensión y reforzada por un agente de armadura de tipo fibroso, caracterizado porque el agente de refuerzo está constituído por fibras de celulosa elegidas entre las fibras muy parcialmente deslignificadas mecánicamente, parcialmente deslignificadas químicamente y parcialmente deslignificadas químicamente y luego refinadas por tratamiento mecánico, introducidas en cantidad comprendida entre 3 por ciento y 30 por cento ponderal en relación a los sólidos; y porque la pasta es estabilizada por varios agentes de puesta en suspensión.
