Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para formar membranas de separación de gas asimétricas, de fibra hueca, que tienen pieles de densidad graduada y morfología libre de macrohuecos, que constan de polímeros hidrófobos, teniendo las membranas un volumen libre incrementado según se evidencia por la temperatura de transición de vidrio del primer calentamiento de la membrana que es mayor que la temperatura de transición de vidrio de una muestra de los polímeros a granel-caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: a) disolver los polímeros en una solución solvente de ácidos de Lewis y bases de Lewis y complejos formados de los ácidos de Lewis y bases de Lewis: b) formar una masa de hilatura del sistema solvente y los políemros, que esté cerca del punto de gelificación; c) hilar la masa a través de una hilandera del tipo de tubo en orificio; d) inyectar fluído de coagulación a través del orificio; e) coagular la masa hilada en un medio de coagulación y formar la membrana; f) desolvatar la membrana formada a través de disociación rápida del complejo; g) lavar la membrana en un medio polar; h) secar la membrana a temperaturas de aproximadamente desde la temperatura ambiente hasta 20 grados C por debajo de la temperatura de transición de vidrio.
