제 1 도는 종래의 비대칭성 기체 분리막과 본 발명의 비대칭성 기체 분리막의 구조를 도시한 것이고,
제 2 도는 종래의 한외여과막을 도시한 것이며,
제 3 도는 본 발명에 의한 막을 도시한 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 루이스산, 루이스염기 및 루이스산과 루이스염기로 형성된 용매 용액에 폴리머를 용해시킨 다음, 겔화점에 근접하는 값을 갖는 용매계와 폴리머로 된 방사점성원액을 형성한 후, 점성원액을 구금(tube-in orifics type)으로부터 방사하고 오리피스를 통해 응고 유액을 주입한 후, 응고 매질로 방사 점성원액을 응고시켜 막을 형성한 다음, 착화합물의 신속한 해리를 이용하여 형성된 막을 디솔베이팅하고 극성매질내에서 막을 세척한 후 막을 실온 내지 플라스전이온보다 20℃가 낮은 온도 범위에서 건조시켜 막의 1차 가열 Tg가 폴리머 벌크 시료의 Tg보다 크고 자유 부피가 증가된 막을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 밀도구배피층(graded density skins)과 거대공극이 없는 소수성 폴리머로 구성된 중공섬유 비대칭성 기체 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 루이스산, 루이스염기 및 루이스산 : 염기 착화합물로 된 옹매계는 폴리머의 할데브란트 매개변수 약 1.5㎈1/2/㎝3/2의 범위 이내에 있는 힐데브란트 매개변수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 루이스산, 루이스염기 및 루이스산 : 염기 착화합물은 루이스산 : 염기의 몰비가 0.7 : 1.0 내지 1.2 : 1.0인 농도로 산의 농도가 충분히 낮게 되므로 응고값(g)이 2 이하인 용매계를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 구금내의 오리피스에 주입된 응고유액과 방사되는 점성원액내에 주입된 응고매질은 물로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 루이스산, 루이스염기 및 루이스산과 루이스염기로 형성된 용매 용액에 폴리머를 용해시킨 다음, 겔화점에 근접하는 값을 갖는 용매계와 폴리머로 된 케스팅 점성원액을 형성한 후, 점성원액을 평판상에 케스팅하고 케스팅된 점성원액을 응고시켜 판상의 막을 형성시킨 다음, 착화합물의 신속한 해리를 이용하여 형성된 막을 디솔베이팅하고 실온에서 극성매질로 막을 세척한 후 막을 실온 내지 글라스전이온보다 20℃가 낮은 온도 범위에서 건조시켜 막의 1차 가열 Tg가 폴리머 벌크 시료의 Tg보다 크고 자유 부피가 증가된 막을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 밀도구배피층(graded density skins)과 거대공극이 없는 방향족 설폰 폴리머로 구성된 판상 비대칭성 기체 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 루이스산, 루이스염기 및 루이스산 : 염기 착화합물로 된 용매계는 폴리머의 힐데브란트 매개변수 약 1.5㎈½/㎝3/2의 범위 이내에 있는 힐데브란트 매개변수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 루이스산, 루이스염기 및 루이스산 : 염기 착화합물은 루이스산 : 염기의 몰비가 0.7 : 1.0 내지 1.2 : 1.0인 농도로 산의 농도라 충분히 낮게 되므로 응고값(g)이 2 이하인 용매계를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 루이스산, 루이스염기 및 루이스산과 루이스염기 착화합물로 구성된 용매제에 루이스산 존재하에 소수성 폴리머를 충분한 양으로 용해하여 용매계가 응고값(g)이 2이하, 힐데브란트 파라메타가 폴리머의 힐데브란트 파라메타 1.5㎈½/㎝3/2보다 이하인 값을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 밀도 구배피층(graded density skins)과 증가된 자유부피를 갖는 비대칭성이고 거대공극이 없는 기체 분리막 제조용 점성원액.
- 루이스산과 루이스염기가 0.7 : 1.0 내지 1.2 : 1.0의 몰비로 구성된 용매계 및 이렇게 형성된 루이스산 : 염기 착화합물에 충분량으로 존재하는 루이스산에 대하여 30wt% 이상의 양으로 방향족 설폰 폴리머를 용해시켜 용매계가 응고값(g)이 2 이하, 힐데브란트 파라미터가 폴리머의 힐데브란트 파라미터 1.5㎈½/㎝3/2보다 이하인 값을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 밀도 구배피층(graded density skins)과 증가된 자유부피를 갖는 비대칭이고 거대공극이 없는 기체 분리막 제조용 점성원액.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 용매계는 물과 혼화성이 있어 착화합물이 물에 의해 용이하게 해리되어 해리된 착화합물의 성분 분자들이 물에 혼화됨을 특징으로 하는 점성원액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
