Abstract
본 발명은 주 중합체 골격에 결합된 방향족 고리에 부착된 술폰산 작용기를 갖는 리튬염 형태의 술폰화 방향족 중합체로부터 제조되는 유체 분리 복합막에 관한 것이다.

Claims (14)
- 반대 이온으로서 리튬 이온을 포함하여 중합체 골격 부분인 방향족 고리에 부착된 술폰산을 적어도 25% 포함하는 적어도 하나는 리튬염 형태의 술포환된 방향족 중합체로 이루어지며, 유체 혼합물로부터 적어도 하나의 성분을 분리할 수 있는 유체 분리 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반대 이온으로서 리튬 이온을 포함하여 중합체 골격 부분인 방향족 고리에 부착된 술폰산을 적어도 50% 포함하는 적어도 하나의 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 방향족 중합체롤 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 분리 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반대 이온으로서 리튬 이온을 포함하여 중합체 골격 부분인 방향족 고리에 부착된 술폰산을 적어도 75% 포함하는 적어도 하나의 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 방향족 중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 분리 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 방향족 중합체가 하기 일반식과 같은 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르 중합체:하기 일반식과 같은 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 비스페놀-A 폴리술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 헥사플루오로 비스페놀-A 폴리술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 폴레에테르 술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 비페닐에테르-기저 폴리술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 폴리아릴에테르 술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 폴리(에테르에테르케톤);인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체가 다공성 폴리술폰 중공 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막.
- (a) 반대 이온으로서 리튬 이온을 포함하여 중합체 골격 부분인 방향족 고리에 부착된 술폰산 작용기를 적어도 25퍼센트의 술폰산 작용기를 갖는 리튬염형으로 술폰화 방향족 중합체를 제공하는 단계, (b)용액을 만들기 위해 용매내에 리튬염의 술폰화 방향족 중합체를 용해시키는 단계, (c) 임의의 용해되지 않은 물질을 제거하기 위해 상기 용액을 여과하는 단계, (d) 다공성 물질의 표면상에 생성 용액을 코팅 또는 적용하는 단계, 및 (e) 코팅된 기판을 건조 또는 응고시키는 단계를 포함하는 다공성 기판에 리튬염 형태의층 또는 코팅으로 적어도 하나의 술폰화 방향족 중합체로 이루어진 유체 분리 복합막 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용매에 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 방향족 중합체 보다 더 낮은 표면 장력을 갖는 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 아민성 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 리튬염 형태의 술포화된 방향족 중합체가 반대 이온으로서 리튬 이온을 포함하여 중합체 골격 부분인 방향족 고리에 부착된 술폰산 작용기를 적어도 50%술폰산 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 리튬염 형태의 술폰화 방향족 중합체가 반대 이온으로서 리튬 이온을 포함하여 중합체 골격 부분인 방향족 고리에 부착된 술폰산 작용기를 적어도 75% 술폰산 작용기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용매가 알콜, 케톤 및 물과의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 방향족 중합체가 하기 일반식과 같은 리튬염 형태의 술폰화된 2.6-디메틸-1.4-페닐렌 에테르 중합체:하기 일반식과 같은 형태의 술폰화된 비스페놀-A 폴리술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 형태의 술폰화된 헥사플루오르 비스페놀-A 폴리술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 형태의 술폰화된 폴리에테르 술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 형태의 술폰화된 비페닐에테르-기저 폴리술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 형태의 술폰화된 폴리아릴에테르 술폰:하기 일반식과 같은 형태의 술폰화된 폴리(에테르에테르 케톤):인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단계(d)에서 상기 용액을 코팅 또는 도포하기 전에 다공성 지지체에 얇은 중합체층을 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분리 복합막 제조방법.
- 기체 혼합물을 기체 혼합물로부터 적어도 하나의 기체 성분을 분리할 수 있는 다공성 담지체 상에 침착된 리튬염 형태의 분리막내에 적어도 하나의 술폰화 방향족 중합체로 이루어지며, 적어도 하나의 술폰화 방향족 중합체가 반대 이온으로서 리튬 이온을 더 포함하여 중합체 골격 부분인 방향족 고리에 부착된 술폰산 작용기를 적어도 25%를 포함하는 복합막과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 혼합물로부터 적어도 하나의 기체 성분을 분리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
