Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un cierre para proporcionar un sello alrededor de una junta o empalme de alambre o semejante y protegerlo así del medio ambiente, el cierre se caracteriza porque consiste de: una cubierta capaz de abrirse que tiene primera y segunda secciones de cubierta alargada orientadas adyacentes una a la otra, a lo largo de una articulación o bisagra; la primera y la segunda secciones de cubierta son selectivamente movibles alrededor de la bisagra entre orientaciones abierta y cerrada; la cubierta, cuando está en la orientación cerrada, define una cámara receptora de junta interna, longitudinal y alargada, que tiene porciones de extremo opuestas, la primera sección de cubierta tiene una primera superficie de soporte longitudinal; la segunda sección de cubierta tiene una segunda superficie longitudinal; la primera y segunda superficies longitudinales cuando la cubierta está en la orientación cerrada, están colocadas esencialmente opuestas una a la otra; un mecanismo de desviación interno que incluye una placa de resorte convexa, longitudinal, alargada orientada con un lado convexo de sí misma que se proyecta generalmente hacia afuera de la primera sección de cubierta de la primera superficie; la placa de resorte se extiende prácticamente entre la primera cámara y las segundas porciones terminales opuestas y un material sellador viscoso dispuesto dentro de la cubierta y que está orientado en el primero y segundo campos selladores opuestos; el primer campo sellador está colocado en el lado convexo de la placa de resorte convexa y el segundo campo sellador está colocado en la segunda superficie longitudinal de sección de cubierta y un elemento de pestillo construído y colocado para retener selectivamente la cubierta en la orientación cerrada.
