Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a dispostivio de lecho fluidificado, para la separación de dos fases sólidas mezcladas, de las cuales una es'ta formada por un material pulverulento fluidificable y la otra está constituída por un material no fluidificable en las condiciones de fluidificación de la primera; el dispositivo lleva un cerco o recinto suspendido por medios elásticos y constituído por una caja inferior de cirulación del gas y una caja superior de circulación de materiales pulvurentos fluidificados, entre las cuales se alla colocada una pared porosa de fluidificación, por lo menos un tubo de alimentación de gas de la caja inferior y por lo menos un tubo de evacuación de gas de fluidificación de la caja superior, caracterizado por el hecho de que la caja superior tiene; un medio de introducción regular de la mezcla de las dos fases sólidas que se van a separar; un vertedero sobre una cara del recinto o cerco, para evacuar la fase sólida fluidificada, un medio de evacuación de la fase sólida decantada, constituído por un orificio situado al nivel de la pared porosa de fluidificación, en la división dispuesta hacia al extremo de la caja superior opuesto al vertedero, un medio para poner en vibración periódica que imparte a la pared porosa una vibración que tiene una componente orientada en la dirección opuesta al vertedero, con una frecuencia comprendida entre 750 a 1500 ciclos por minuto y una amplitud comprendida entre 2 y 5.
