Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un cierre que indica que un recipiente ha sido abierto o forzado previamente, caracterizado porque comprende, un cierre de plástico que incluye una pared de base sobre un faldón periférico colgante, que tiene roscas adaptadas para interacoplar con las roscas dle recipiente, y una banda que indica que el recipiente ha sido abierto previamente, unida al faldón mediante una o más porciones debilitadas que definen una línea de corte, y una pestaña anular que se extiende axialmente hacia arriba y hacia adentro de la banda que indica que el recipiente ha sido abierto previamente, hacia la pared de base del cierre, comprendiendo la pestaña una primera porción de pestaña anular continua conectada a la superficie interna de la banda que indica que el recipiente ha sido abierto previamente mediante una articulación separada radialmente hacia adentro de la superficie interna de la banda y la pestaña se flexiona en un punto intermedio a sus extremos, de manera que la segunda porción se extiende hacia adentro en un ángulo mayor con respecto al eje del cierre que la porción continua de pestaña, el extremo libre de la segunda porción está adaptado para acoplarse por debajo de un borde en el recipiente, cuando el cierre se enrosca en el mismo.
