Claims (11)
1. Upotreba modulatora ili agonista S1P receptora u proizvodnji leka za lečenje autoimunske bolesti, pri čemu je autoimunska bolest izabrana sa liste koja se sastoji od multiple skleroze, polimiozitisa, lupus nefritisa, reumatoidnog artritisa, zapaljenske bolesti creva i psorijaze, pri čemu se, pre otpočinjanja primene modulatora ili agonista SIP receptora u standardnoj dnevnoj terapijskoj dozi, navedeni modulator ili agonist S1P receptora primenjuje u dnevnoj dozi koja je niža od standardne dnevne terapijske doze tokom početnog perioda lečenja i pri čemu je najviša početna doza izmedu 0,01 mg i 0,30 mg.
2. Modulator ili agonist S1P receptora za upotrebu u lečenju autoimunske bolesti, pri čemu je autoimunska bolest izabrana sa liste koja se sastoji od multiple skleroze, polimiozitisa, lupus nefritisa, reumatoidnog artritisa, zapaljenske bolesti creva i psorijaze, pri čemu se, pre otpočinjanja primene modulatora ili agonista S1P receptora u standardnoj dnevnoj terapijskoj dozi, navedeni modulator ili agonist S1P receptora primenjuje u dnevnoj dozi koja je niža od standardne dnevne terapijske doze tokom početnog perioda lečenja i pri čemu je najviša početna doza izmedu 0,01 mg i 0,30 mg.
3. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema bilo kom od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačeni time što početni period lečenja je izabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od:do 10 dana i 5 do 14 dana.
4. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema bilo kom od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačeni time što se ista doza daje u toku prvih 2 do 4 dana lečenja pre povećanja doze.
5. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema bilo kom od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačeni time što se ista doza daje u toku prvih 4 dana lečenja pre povećanja doze.
6. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema bilo kom od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačeni time što u poetnom periodu lečenja dnevna doza je povećavana postepeno do 6 puta do standardne dnevne terapijske doze i zatim se lečenje nastavlja sa standardnom terapijskomdnevnom dozom.
7. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema bilo kom od patentnih zahteva 1-8, naznačeni time što se tokom početnog perioda lečenja javlja samo jedno povećanje doze pre davanja standardne dnevne terapijske doze.
8. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema bilo kom od patentnih zahteva 1-8, naznačeni time to je u toku početnog perioda lečenja doza povećana samo jednom da bi se dostigla standardna dnevna terapijska doza.
9. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema bilo kom od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačeni time što je modulator ili agonist S1P receptora selektivan za S1P1receptor.
10. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema patentnom zahtevu 9, naznačeni time što modulator ili agonist S1P receptora poseduje selektivnost za S1P1 receptor u odnosu na S1P3 receptor od najmanje 20, 100, 500, 1000 ili 2000 puta više, kao to je mereno preko odnosa EC50 za S1P1receptor prema EC50 za S1P3 receptor kao to je mereno preko analize vezivanja 35S-GTPγS i pri čemu navedeni modulator ili agonist S1P receptora ima EC50 za vezivanje za S1P1 receptor od 100 nM ili manje kao to je procenjivano preko analize vezivanja 35S-GTPγS.
11. Upotreba ili proizvod za upotrebu prema bilo kom od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time, bolest je multipla skleroza.
