Claims (7)
1. Postupak sastavljanja uređaja (1) za dostavu medikamenta, prvenstveno u obliku aerosola (A), sa poboljšanim preciznim doziranjem, gde je predviđena bar jedna prva i jedna druga komponenta, koje su zaptivanjem dovedene u vezu jedna sa drugom ili su postavljene jedna naspram druge, gde se prva komponenta proizvodi u serijama, gde je bar jedna karakteristična veličina prve komponente u svakoj seriji određena samo jednostavnim uzorkovanjem, gde je bar jedna odlučujuća karakteristična veličina za sve prve komponente odgovarajuće serije određena iz bar jedne karakteristične veličine, gde je druga komponenta podeljena u grupe, koje se razlikuju, po bar jednoj osnovnoj veličini druge komponente, gde u zavisnosti od bar jedne odlučujuće karakteristične veličine grupa koja se poredi sa odgovarajućom odlučujućom karakterističnom veličinom a, prema tome, i sa odgovarajućom serijom je odabrana, gde se prva komponenta serije kombinuje sa drugom komponentom grupe koja se poredi sa ovom serijom, kako bi se postiglo optimalno zaptivanje između ove dve komponente u cilju poboljšanja preciznog doziranja, i gde se ove dve komponente kreću jedna u odnosu na drugu za proces dostave.
2. Postupak prema zahtevu 1, naznačen time, što su prve komponente oblikovane ubrizgavanjem, i/ili što su prve komonente oblikovani zaptivači (5), prvenstveno u obliku prstena, naročito O-prstena, i/ili što je dimenzija koja se odnosi na alat, zapremina i/ili stišljivost prvih komponenti, je ili su određene kao karakteristična veličina ili veličine.
3. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time, što su srednja vrednost i standardno odstupanje detektovani ili određeni kao karakteristične veličine, i/ili što se srednja vrednost i standardno odstupanje primenjuju kao osnovne veličine za podelu u grupe.
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time, što svaka druga komponenta ima udubljenje (6), prvenstveno nastavak ili kanal, za postavljanje prve komponente i poželjno obrazuje vodeću cev za klip (4), poželjno gde se dimenzija koja se odnosi na alat, prvenstveno dubina i/ili širina udubljenja, koristi kao osnovna veličina za podelu u grupe.
5. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time, što se druge komponente proizvode sa različitim osnovnim veličinama, i posebno gde je razlika između osnovnih veličina različitih grupa veća od dopuštenog odstupanja u proizvodnji, i/ili što se druge komponente proizvode u serijama, osnovna veličina druge komponente u svakoj seriji određena je samo nasumičnim uzorkovanjem i na osnovu toga osnovna veličina za sve druge komponente odgovarajućih serija je određena za podelu u grupe.
6. Postupak prema jednom od zahteva, naznačen time, što uređaj (1) sadrži, pored prve i druge komponente, bar jednu dodatnu komponentu, prvenstveno klip (4), koji je zatvoren prvom komponentom, i/ili noseći prsten (7) za aksijalno osiguravanje prve komponente u odnosu na drugu komponentu, poželjno gde je dodatna komponenta, prvenstveno klip (4), proizvedena u serijama i bar jedna karakteristična veličina, kao što je prečnik, je određena samo nasumičnim uzorkovanjem svake serije, naročito gde je bar jedna ili više karakterističnih veličina, prvenstveno dimezije koje su povezane sa alatom, dodatne komponente ili komponenti, prvenstveno prečnik klipa (4) i/ili aksijalna efektivna dužina nosećeg prstena (7), je ili su određeni i uzete u obzir kao dodatne karakteristične veličine u odnosu na odlučujuću karakterističnu veličinu kada se odabire odgovarajuća grupa.
7. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačena time, što je odgovarajuća grupa odabrana tako da odlučujuća karakteristična veličina zajedno sa opciono bar jednom dodatnom karakterističnom veličinom dodatne komponente i zajedno sa osnovnim veličinama dovodi do željene vrednosti, prvenstveno do željenog nivoa punjenja udubljenja primenom zaptivača i/ili zaptivka.
