Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la adaosurile alimentare pe bază de produse vegetale naturale şi poate fi aplicată pentru producerea adaosurilor alimentare biologic active. The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to food additives based on natural plant products and can be applied for the production of biologically active food additives.
Sunt cunoscute adaosuri alimentare cu proprietăţi hipoglicemice ce pot conţine făină din produse vegetale, cum ar fi tomate [1], pepene galben [2], bostan [3], stevie [4], nuci [5]. Food additives with hypoglycemic properties are known that may contain flour from plant products, such as tomatoes [1], cantaloupe [2], pumpkin [3], stevia [4], nuts [5].
Dezavantajul acestor adaosuri cunoscute constă în aceea că ele, fiind monocomponente, posedă un potenţial biologic activ şi proprietăţi hipoglicemice limitate. Acţiunea hipoglicemică a adaosului alimentar ”Glucovit” a fost studiată în experienţele de corecţie a hiperglicemiei, condiţionată de factori alimentari. Pentru realizarea experienţelor au fost selectate conform principiului analogiei animalele-model (şobolani albi Wistar), repartizate în 2 loturi. Animalele din fiecare lot au fost întreţinute în aceleaşi condiţii şi hrănite cu aceeaşi raţie, care conţinea proteine - 20,7% kcal, lipide - 25,8 kcal, glucide - 53,5% kcal (raţia alimentară de bază). Animalele din primul lot au servit ca martor, cele din lotul doi au alcătuit lotul experimental. Atât animalelor lotului martor, cât şi celor din lotul experimental le-a fost modelată starea hiperglicemică prin administrarea suplimentar raţiei de bază a câte 5 g de zahăr zilnic fiecăruia, ceea ce constituia 28,6% kcal din valoarea calorică generală a glucidelor. În scopul determinării posibilităţii de corecţie a hiperglicemiei cauzate de factorul alimentar animalele din lotul experimental au primit zilnic, odată cu raţia alimentară, câte 0,4 g de adaos alimentar fiecare conform schemei: grupul 1 - adaosul conform exemplului 1, grupul 2 - adaosul conform exemplului 2 şi grupul 3 - adaosul conform exemplului 3. Investigaţiile au durat 3 luni. Conţinutul de glucoză în sânge a fost determinat la începutul investigaţiilor şi peste 1, 2, 3 luni de experiment. The hypoglycemic action of the food additive "Glucovit" was studied in experiments on the correction of hyperglycemia, conditioned by food factors. For the experiments, model animals (white Wistar rats) were selected according to the principle of analogy, divided into 2 groups. The animals in each group were maintained under the same conditions and fed with the same ration, which contained proteins - 20.7% kcal, lipids - 25.8 kcal, carbohydrates - 53.5% kcal (basic food ration). The animals in the first group served as controls, those in the second group formed the experimental group. Both the animals in the control group and those in the experimental group were modeled with a hyperglycemic state by administering 5 g of sugar daily to each of them in addition to the basic ration, which constituted 28.6% kcal of the general caloric value of carbohydrates. In order to determine the possibility of correcting hyperglycemia caused by the food factor, the animals in the experimental group received daily, together with the food ration, 0.4 g of food supplement each according to the scheme: group 1 - supplement according to example 1, group 2 - supplement according to example 2 and group 3 - supplement according to example 3. The investigations lasted 3 months. The blood glucose content was determined at the beginning of the investigations and after 1, 2, 3 months of the experiment.

Rezultatele investigaţiilor denotă o creştere veridică a conţinutului de glucoză comparativ cu nivelul iniţial în lotul martor, ceea ce confirmă modelarea experimentală a hiperglicemiei alimentare. Concentraţia glucozei în sânge la animalele din grupele experimentale 1…3 pe tot parcursul experienţelor s-a micşorat. O dinamică mai semnificativă a fost constatată la animalele din grupul experimental 2, care au primit adaosul alimentar conform exemplului 2. În acest grup concentraţia a scăzut veridic în comparaţie cu valorile iniţiale, ceea ce denotă despre un efect hipoglicemic al adaosului mai pronunţat. Totodată, trebuie să menţionăm că în lotul experimental adaosul propus a asigurat o concentraţie mai joasă a glucozei comparativ cu concentraţia iniţială, ceea ce confirmă potenţialul hipoglicemic al adaosului. The results of the investigations show a true increase in glucose content compared to the initial level in the control group, which confirms the experimental modeling of alimentary hyperglycemia. The concentration of glucose in the blood of animals from experimental groups 1…3 throughout the experiments decreased. A more significant dynamics was observed in animals from experimental group 2, which received the food supplement according to example 2. In this group, the concentration decreased true compared to the initial values, which indicates a more pronounced hypoglycemic effect of the supplement. At the same time, it should be mentioned that in the experimental group the proposed supplement ensured a lower glucose concentration compared to the initial concentration, which confirms the hypoglycemic potential of the supplement.
Astfel, investigaţiile de laborator confirmă posibilitatea de realizare a invenţiei cu atingerea rezultatului tehnic preconizat. Rezultatele obţinute demonstrează activitatea hipoglicemică înaltă a adaosului alimentar biolog activ ”Glucovit”, care poate fi recomandat pentru utilizare nemijlocit în alimentaţie ca remediu profilactic sau în cadrul dietoterapiei generale şi poate fi inclus în componenţa produselor alimentare funcţionale. Thus, laboratory investigations confirm the possibility of implementing the invention with the achievement of the expected technical result. The obtained results demonstrate the high hypoglycemic activity of the biologically active food additive "Glucovit", which can be recommended for direct use in food as a prophylactic remedy or within the framework of general diet therapy and can be included in the composition of functional food products.
