Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la o băutură pe bază de produse apicole.Băutura pe bază de produse apicole, conform invenţiei, este obţinută din miere naturală, polen, păstură, macerat alcoolic de propolis şi apă, componentele fiind luate în următorul raport: miere naturală 250…300 g, polen 15…20 g, păstură 10…15 g, macerat alcoolic de propolis 3…5 ml şi apă 1000 ml.Rezultatul constă în obţinerea unei băuturi cu valoare biologică sporită şi cu proprietăţi energizante şi tonifiante.
