Abstract
The invention relates to the food industry, namely to a drink based on beekeeping products.The drink based on beekeeping products, according to the invention, is produced from natural honey, pollen, bee-bread, alcoholic propolis tincture and water, the components being taken in the following ratio: natural honey 250…300 g, pollen 15…20 g, bee-bread 10…15 g, alcoholic propolis tincture 3…5 ml and water 1000 ml.The result consists in producing a drink with high biological value and energy and tonic properties.
