In addition, the content of dry matters in the final product is within the ranges of 71.8-76.0 Brix, and for making the concentrate the following components are used: concentrated nonpasteurized fruit juice or a mixture of juices with a content of dry matters of no less than 65 Brix and natural honey with the content of dry matters of no less than 82 Brix. The content of natural honey in the concentrated juice is within the ranges of 15-50 weight percents.
