Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de obţinere a surselor alternative de combustibil ecologic pur, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a combustibilului biodiesel.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include transesterificarea uleiurilor vegetale cu alcooli, trataţi în prealabil cu bază alcalină, la încălzirea amestecului până la temperatura de 65…70°C şi acţiunea cu ultrasunet cu frecvenţa de 15…25 kHz şi intensitatea de 0,10…0,15 W/cm2 timp de 1…2 ore, separarea fazei glicerinice inferioare şi neutralizarea fazei superioare. Totodată,în calitate dealcooli se utilizează un amestec deshidratat de ulei de fuzel şi etanol în raport de (0,25…0,30) : 1. Amestecul deshidratat de ulei de fuzel şi etanol se obţine în două etape, la prima etapă se efectuează cristalizarea apei prin congelare la temperatura de -15…-25°C, iar la a doua etapă amestecul se tratează cu sulfat de cupru calcinat. Apoi cristalohidratul sulfatului de cupru (CuSO4·5H2O) se supune regenerării prin calcinare la temperatura de 150…250°C.
