Abstract

Invenţia se referă la convertizoarele bilaterale ale energiei solare în energie electrică şi la procedeele de fabricare a acestora.Celula solară bilaterală constă din material semiconductor de bază, două joncţiuni, formate pe părţile frontală şi dorsală, şi grile metalice de contact. Joncţiunile formate sunt izotipice în raport cu materialul semiconductor de bază.Procedeul de fabricare a celulei solare bilaterale include formarea a două joncţiuni pe părţile frontală şi dorsală ale materialului semiconductor de bază şi a grilelor metalice de contact. Joncţiunea frontală este formată ca o structură de tip semiconductor-izolator-semiconductor prin metoda de pulverizare pirolitică a soluţiei chimice. Structura joncţiunii frontale poate fi nSi-iSiO2-n+ITO, iar în calitate de soluţie chimică poate fi utilizată compoziţia formată din 1M InCl3:1M SnCl4:C2H5OH în proporţie de 9:1:10.
