Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul conversiei energiei radiaţiei solare în energie electrică şi poate fi folosită la elaborarea convertizoarelor fotoelectrochimice regenerative.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că celula solară fotoelectrochimică include un fotoelectrod semiconductor şi un contraelectrod amplasaţi în soluţie electrolitică. Fotoelectrodul este executat din compuşii A3B5, iar în calitate de soluţie electrolitică este folosită soluţia apoasă de Na2SiO3.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în adsorbţia din soluţia electrolitică a ionilor SiO3 2- şi HSiO3 - pe suprafaţa activă a fotoelectrodului, ceea ce duce la micşorarea coroziei ultimului.
