Invenюia se referг la domeniul convertizгrii energiei solare єi poate fi utilizatг la elaborarea celulelor solare fotoelectrochimice.Esenюa invenюiei constг оn aceea cг оn celula solarг fotoelectrochimicг care include un fotoelectrod єi un contraelectrod amplasaюi оn soluюie de electrolit ce conюine un sistem redox fotoelectrodul este executat din semiconductor de tip n ZnIn2S4, iar оn calitate de electrolit este folositг soluюia apoasг de Na2S4 - Na2S2.Rezultatul tehnic al invenюiei constг оn schimbul reciproc de ioni de sulf de pe suprafaюa fotoelectrodului єi din soluюia de electrolit, ceea ce duce la micєorarea fotocoroziunii fotoelectrodului.
