Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnica semiconductorilor, în particular la celule solare pe straturi subţiri.Celula solară cu straturi subţiri în baza compuşilor binari A2B6 include, depuse consecutiv unul peste altul pe un substrat, un contact ohmic frontal, un strat subţire de semiconductor cu bandă largă, un strat subţire de semiconductor cu bandă îngustă şi un contact ohmic din spate. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că celula solară conţine suplimentar un strat subţire nemetalic amplasat între stratul de semiconductor cu bandă îngustă şi contactul ohmic din spate.
