Abstract

Inventia se refera la tehnica semiconductorilor, in particular la celule solare pe straturi subtiri. Celula solara cu straturi subtiri in baza compusilor binari A2B6 include, depuse consecutiv unul peste altul pe un substrat, un contact ohmic frontal, un strat subtire de semiconductor cu banda larga, un strat subtire de semiconductor cu banda ingusta si un contact ohmic din spate. Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca celula solara contine suplimentar un strat subtire nemetalic amplasat intre stratul de semiconductor cu banda ingusta si contactul ohmic din spate.
